Beaded cards

 It's quite some time since I made any beaded cards and that may be the reason why I enjoyed making these so much! 

Sometimes the older ideas are the best!!

First cards of 2022

 I wanted to start the new year with something different so I chose feathers as a theme. 

For the black card I made the feathers myself using patterns from the Internet. I found the inspiration for the card on pinterest. 

The stamped card was made using an image from a magazine. I coloured it with pencils then added gems to embelish it. I like to use a hexagonal card occasionally as it makes a nice change from a square one.

Finally I made a small rocker card from circles.

I always think its hard to leave a rocking card alone!

Roses 18th birthday

 My Grand-daughter Rose was 18 in December too. Here is the card I made for her:

I made my own stencil for the legs and arm, fussy cut a rough skirt shape then die cut the balloons. The sentiment was die cut too. I was quite pleased with the end result!
