Birthdays 2023

 Here are the birthday cards I made for Elliot and Amelias birthday this year.

Elliot is still a big fan of gaming and  Amelia eats mayonnaise with almost everything so this card is what she asked for! 

Made with circles

I think that this technique is both simple snd effective! 

Simply die cut a set of circles in 4 complimentary colours. Layer from the smallest to the largest sticking to the right hand side. Then layer from the largest to the smallest sticking on the left hand side. Add a decorative strip to the centre and apply to the card as shown. 

I enjoyed making thus card and will definately do something like it again!

Creating stensils

Now and again I like to create a stencil for a card I'm making. I may have done something like this before but it's a nice thing to do occasionally. 

This time it was a giraffe and this is the finished result.

I also prepared a zebra stencil but this time I used black ink to create the design.
