I love paper piecing! It's such a nice way to colour an image and saves colouring it in!
This is a stamp from Woodware of a partridge in a pear tree. First the image is printed onto a card then every piece is stamped seperately and added to the design. (Some are rendered in 3d).
Christmas is always a good time to go mad with the glitter so there's lots of it on the card too!
I'm always on the look out for a new design of card and I found this one on the net. Its called a pop up pillar card.
I used stamps from the card hut and I really love the characters! The one warning I would give to anyone else making this card is...make sure it fits in the envelope as it leans over to one side to lie flat. This one needs an 8 x 8. So it's large enough already!
It's time to think about Christmas for this year (even though it's only September!!)
This is the first card I've made for 2023. A blast from the past! The image is from a Crafts Creations paper. I think these papers were fantastic value for money and very easy to use.
The background was originally dark blue and I wanted to lighten it up a bit. Even though there are only 4 images on the paper, there was still enough left for a robbin on the envelope.
