August birthdays

 Here are cards for August...one for sams  birthday, one for Sam and David's "leather" Anniversary and one for Alice's 2nd birthday. 

Shake it all about!

 I really don't like making shaker cards but this one wasn't too bad once I mastered the beads!

I was quite pleased with the finished result but I'm in no rush to do another!

Birthdays 2022

 It doesn't seem a year since Elliot and Amelia celebrated their last birthdays but they're around again!

Here are this years cards. Both pieced to some degree but with a very different theme. 

Fancy handbags

 Found a tutorial on the net for these trendy handbags. Really love them!

I shared the pattern with a friend of mine. She's decided to do one for all the family at Christmas!

Garden gnomes

 After searching the net for ideas I made these garden gnomes.

I thought they'd really be something different for fathers day!

Bargello

 When you buy a pack of papers there's often a striped one in it that you don't know what to do with. I'd got a couple like this and decided to make bargello style cards from them.  This is the result.

I particularly like the sentiment on the lower one. I think it could be used for all sorts of things!
