I've had this card planned in my mind for ages just wasn't sure if the colours until I sat down to do it!
It was really good fun to make and I'm really pleased with the result. Hope the greeting sounds ok. Get tired of just having Happy Birthday all of the time!
Can't get enough gnomes. They're are all great images and such fun to colour!
Here's one for late summer and one for Autumn.
The background paper for the wizard is from a 6 X 6 pad from the Works last year.
I always love a shaped card even though it can take ages to make them from scratch!
These will be a good addition to my Xmas stash this year. Hope folk will like them!
I love piecing! It's so relaxing! Providing that the design is large enough to accommodate it, piecing is very satisfying too.
Here is a pieced gnome....a cute character sitting on a toadstool. Just right for autumn.
Although I still think it's really early I made a couple of Christmas cards today. They took longer than they look like they did but I've wanted to try these gnome patterns for some time now.
And this one ..
Well...it's a start!
This year I have been cross stitching quite a bit. I saw this pattern and chose it for a card for our eldest daughter, Sam.
I hope she'll like it. It's certainly different from anything I've done before!
Although they've been on the circuit a few years now, I still love Minions! This is a kit I bought some time ago. The sentiments were in French so I've replaced them with English ones.
Hope people like them.
Some decoupage papers have quite a complicated design or not much room for a greeting. Of course the design is only a suggestion.
I had some papers in my stash I wanted to use so many cut up the design a bit and re-designed it.
These are the finished result as there were 2,designs on the paper...
A happy little scarecrow. And...
This is a card for a new baby where Emily works. She's called Isabella.
It was nice to do a bit of decoupage again. Welcome to the world Isabella!
